The voucher is valid in all German Butlers stores and in the online shop www.butlers.de. To redeem it in-store, print it out and present it at the checkout. When ordering online at www.butlers.de, you must first register in the shopping cart. The voucher number and PIN can then be entered in the appropriate fields. The value of the voucher will then be directly deducted from your purchase. The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. It is usually activated within 24 hours of purchase. Any remaining balance remains on the card. The balance does not accrue interest and cannot be redeemed for cash. No replacement in case of loss or theft.
