- Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card – Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are redeemable only in the country of purchase and only for merchandise sold at Sephora New Zealand stores and on the Sephora website (www.sephora.nz). No fees of any kind will be charged against the unused balance of Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards.
- Redemption – Redemption of a Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card is only applicable in the country where the card was purchased and cannot be redeemed in other countries. For cards sold in New Zealand, the expiry date will be not less than 3 years from the date of sale (unless an exclusion in law applies). If a shorter expiry is shown, it is void and the card will be treated as expiring 3 years after sale. Unredeemed value will not be converted to cash upon expiry of the Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card, except as required by law.
- View your balance – You can view your Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card balance when making a purchase. On the checkout page, select Sephora Gift Card as the payment option and enter your card details. Your card balance will be shown thereafter.
- Refunds – No refunds are permitted with respect to cards.
- Lost or stolen Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards – If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your card, contact Customer Service immediately. Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without the purchaser’s confirmation email (for eGift Cards) or valid proof of purchase. Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards have cash value and should be safeguarded accordingly. Sephora will not be liable for redeemed cards if they have been stolen. Please do not display your card number and PIN online.
- Limitations – You may not use a Sephora E-Gift Card/Gift Card to purchase other Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards. Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. Sephora E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards are void if they are reloaded, resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash. Unused cards may not be transferred.
