لاستخدام بطاقتك، ما عليك سوى الانتقال إلى أي من متاجر Tavola داخل الإمارات العربية المتحدة وإحضار نسخة مطبوعة أو إظهار هذا البريد الإلكتروني على شاشتك إلى أمين الصندوق.

يمكن استبدالها فقط في أي من متاجر Tavola في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. صالحة لمدة 12 شهرًا من تاريخ الإصدار. لا يمكن إرجاعها أو استرداد ثمنها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها. في حالة فقدان البطاقة، لا تستطيع Tavola وMYLIST حظر/إلغاء البطاقة، ولن يكونا مسؤولين عن أي معاملات تتم على البطاقة المفقودة أو المسروقة. تحتفظ MYLIST بالحق في الإلغاء إذا رأينا أن هذا الإجراء ضروري. وإذا كان الأمر كذلك، فيجوز لنا تقديم بطاقة هدايا بديلة ذات قيمة مساوية ما لم نشتبه في حدوث احتيال فيما يتعلق ببطاقة الهدايا. تظل بطاقة الهدايا ملكية MYLIST. إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكور في بطاقة الهدايا يعمل بعد الآن لأي سبب من الأسباب أو لم يكن في شراكة مع MYLIST أو أي شركة تابعة لـ MYLIST، فإن MYLIST تحتفظ بالحق في استبدال البطاقة ببطاقة هدايا MYLIST أو أي بطاقة هدايا أخرى بقيمة مكافئة. لا يُسمح باسترداد المبالغ النقدية أو النقاط. تحتفظ MYLIST بالحق في تحديث وتغيير الشروط والأحكام الخاصة ببطاقات هدايا MYLIST في أي وقت. هذا لا يؤثر على حقوقك القانونية. يشكل استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه قبولاً للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا، ولذلك نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية.

To use your card, simply go to any Tavola Store within UAE and bring along a printed copy or show this email on your screen to the cashier.

Only redeemable at any Tavola stores in UAE. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. If misplaced Tavola and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property. Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed. MYLIST reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions the MYLIST gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Receipt and use of this gift card constitute acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully.
