Las tarjetas de regalo se pueden aplicar a una reserva de grupo cuando estén disponibles.
Las tarjetas de regalo no se pueden utilizar para crédito de propiedad ni para liquidar cargos adicionales no especificados de hotel, tours privados, aerolíneas o alquiler de automóviles.
Se requiere el pago total al momento de realizar la reserva.
Todas las reservas están sujetas a disponibilidad.
Una vez realizada una reserva con una tarjeta regalo, se aplicará la política de cancelación normal y los pagos de cancelación, sujetos a los términos y condiciones de su reserva.
Es posible que no se permitan cambios en las reservas.
Todas las tarjetas de regalo no son reembolsables ni reemplazables en caso de pérdida, robo o cancelación de la reserva. Las tarjetas de regalo no son transferibles.
Las tarjetas regalo serán nulas cuando estén prohibidas, si se utilizan con fines fraudulentos o ilegales o están restringidas por la ley y si se venden por dinero en efectivo u otra contraprestación y si son utilizadas por residentes no domiciliados en México.
Ninguna tarjeta de regalo es reembolsable. Las tarjetas de regalo no se pueden cambiar ni revender a otros destinatarios; consulte nuestros términos y condiciones de venta.

The HotelsGift card may only be redeemed directly on the website https://hotelsgift.com/. Booking details once made, including persons, providers, date, and duration of the booking, cannot be changed. The total price of your booking will not be confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation reference from the provider. You may need to enter a secondary payment method if the price is higher than the value of the HotelsGift Card. Review before completing the booking. You will be asked to verify all terms and conditions and important information before completing your booking, as use of the website and the Hotels gift card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of the HotelsGift website.
Gift cards may only be applied to a new individual booking made in MXN by residents (domiciled) in Mexico.
Gift cards must be used as a form of payment for a new booking made directly with HotelsGift.
Gift cards are valid only in MXN for all products we have available.
Gift cards may be applied to a group booking when available.
Gift cards may not be used for property credit or to settle additional unspecified hotel, private tour, airline, or car rental charges.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Once a booking has been made with a gift card, the normal cancellation policy and cancellation charges will apply, subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.
Changes to bookings may not be permitted.
All gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable in the event of loss, theft, or booking cancellation. Gift cards are non-transferable.
Gift cards will be void where prohibited, if used for fraudulent or illegal purposes or restricted by law, and if sold for cash or other consideration, and if used by residents not domiciled in Mexico.
No gift card is refundable. Gift cards may not be exchanged or resold to other recipients; please refer to our terms and conditions of sale.
