1. بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift هذه صالحة لحجوزات الرحلات الجوية الدولية والفنادق على www.cleartrip.ae
2. يجب على العميل إدخال رمز القسيمة قبل الدفع أثناء عملية الحجز.
3. لا يمكن استخدام القسائم لحجز الفنادق على الجهاز المحمول.
4. يجب أن يكون تاريخ الحجز خلال 6 أشهر من تاريخ الشراء. بينما مواعيد السفر للحجوزات مفتوحة. ويسري العرض للأشخاص البالغين والأطفال فقط.
5. أدخل رقم بطاقة الهدية (المكون من 16 رقمًا) ورقم التعريف الشخصي (PIN) المكون من 6 أرقام قبل إجراء الدفع.
6. يمكنك إعادة استخدام أي مبلغ متبقي من الرصيد في بطاقة الهدايا المستخدمة خلال فترة الصلاحية.

8. إذا كانت قيمة الحجز أقل من قيمة القسيمة، فسيتم تطبيق رسوم معاملة تبلغ 10 دراهم إماراتية.
9. لا يمكن تمديد بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift منتهية الصلاحية أو استبدالها أو استرداد قيمتها.
10. لا يمكن إلغاء بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift أو استبدالها أو تمديدها أو استرداد قيمتها بمجرد إصدارها، وتخضع لشروط وأحكام التاجر.
11. يمكن استرداد أموال العناصر المشتراة باستخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift هذه وفقًا لسياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال الخاصة بالتاجر. يتحمل التاجر وحده المسؤولية عن المنتج والخدمة المقدمة للعملاء من خلال استخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift هذه.
1. This eGift Card is applicable on International flight & Hotel bookings on www.cleartrip.ae
2. The customer must enter the coupon code before payment during the booking process.
3. Vouchers cannot be used for hotel bookings on the mobile device.
4. Booking date must be within 6 months from the purchase dates. Travel dates for the bookings are open. The offer is valid for adults & children only.
5. Enter the (16 digit) gift card number and (6 digit) PIN before making the payment.
6. Any balance amount left on the used gift card can be reused within the validity period.
7. Up to 3 gift cards can be used in a single transaction.
8. If booking value is lower than voucher value minimum transaction fee of 10 AED is applicable.
9. Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
10. eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
11. Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
