تسري البطاقة لمدة عام واحد بعد التنشيط لدى صراف النقدية في أي من متاجر LuLu في الكويت. يمكن عمل استرداد دفع كاملاً أو جزئيًا لقيمة البطاقة. لا يمكن استبدال الرصيد المتبقي نقدًا. في حالة سرقة هذه البطاقة أو تلفها، فلا يمكن استبدالها أو استرداد قيمتها (كليًا أو جزئيًا). والرصيد المتبقي بعد انتهاء صلاحية البطاقة يصبح لاغيًا
The card is valid for one year after activation at the cash counter of any LuLu store in Kuwait. The card value can be redeemed for full or partial payment. Remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash. If lost, stolen or damaged, this card cannot be exchanged, replaced or refunded (total/partially). The remaining balance after the expiry of the card will be void.
