Maksimalna vrijednost poklon kartica koje se mogu koristiti po kalendarskom mjesecu ograničena je na 5000 EUR. Maksimalna vrijednost poklon kartica koje se mogu povezati s korisničkim računom po kalendarskom mjesecu ograničena je na 5000 EUR.

Poklon karticu nije moguće zamijeniti za gotovinu u slučaju gubitka ili oštećenja.
Ako otkažeš narudžbu ili vratiš artikle koji su naručeni kreditom s Poklon kartice, vrijednost će se prenijeti natrag na tvoj Zalando račun kao kredit.
Nažalost, nije moguće retroaktivno iskoristiti kredit na poklon kartici. Samu kupnju vaučera nije moguće zamijeniti niti refundirati.
Darovne kartice Zalando nisu elektronski novac, već kredit neregulirane vrijednosti. To znači da se ne primjenjuje niti zakonska zaštita za elektronski novac niti postoji pravo zamjene za gotovinu.

Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single order until a maximum amount of 200,00 EUR is reached.
The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR.

It is not possible to exchange the Gift Card for cash in the case of loss or damage.
If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your Gift Card credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your Gift Card credit retrospectively. The purchase of the voucher itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The Zalando Gift Cards are not e-money but an unregulated value credit. This means that neither the statutory protection for e-money applies and there is no right to redeem for cash.
