    1. Your use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
    2. Your gift card has no value until activated.
    3. Your gift card is redeemable only for merchandise purchased at all DAVIDsTEA® stores and online at www.davidstea.com and must be presented at the time of purchase in-stores or redeemed online.
    4. Your gift card is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash or cash equivalent, except as required by law, and cannot be used for the purchase of another gift card or to make payment on a credit account.
    5. The purchase of a gift card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
    6. Your gift card value will not be replaced if your card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your consent. DAVIDsTEA Inc. and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for such events.
    7. Your gift card does not expire until the balance is spent.
    8. Merchandise purchased with your gift card is subject to DAVIDsTEA Inc. return policy.
    9. Your gift card is not reloadable.
    10. The amount of your purchases will be deducted from the balance of your gift card until the value reaches zero.
    11. All amounts on your gift card will be held and denominated in the currency in which it was purchased. USA or Canadian dollars only are accepted.
    12. As applicable, currency conversions are based on the exchange rate equal to the exchange rate published by oanda.com on the day of the transaction.

    14. In the event that a gift card is damaged, unusable or defective, DAVIDsTEA Inc.’s and its affiliates’ liability is limited to the replacement of the gift card, provided that the information on the gift card allows the identification of the account number.
