1. يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا فقط في متاجر IKEA وIKEA عبر الإنترنت في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
2. صالحة لمدة 12 شهرا من تاريخ الشراء.
3. لا يمكن الحصول على بطاقة الهدايا أو استرداد قيمتها نقدًا أو إرجاعها أو استرداد ثمنها، ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة فقدانها أو سرقتها أو تلفها. ينطبق هذا أيضًا على بطاقات الهدايا منتهية الصلاحية.
4. في حالة استعمالها في مكان خاطئ، فلا يمكن لـ IKEA وMYLIST إيقاف/إلغاء البطاقة، ولن يكونا مسؤولين عن أي معاملات على بطاقات الهدايا المفقودة / المسروقة.
5. لاسترداد بطاقة الهدايا، يجب على العميل إدخال/تقديم رقم البطاقة ورقم التعريف الشخصي عند الدفع.
6. يمكن استخدام بطاقات الهدايا لشراء المنتجات المخفضة.
7. في حالة توقف IKEA عن العمل لأي سبب من الأسباب أو انتهاء الشراكة مع MYLIST أو أي شركة تابعة لـ MYLIST، فإن MYLIST تحتفظ بالحق في استبدال بطاقة الهدايا ببطاقة هدايا MYLIST أو أي بطاقة هدايا أخرى بقيمة معادلة. لا يسمح باسترداد المبالغ النقدية أو النقاط.
8. يشكل استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه قبولاً للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا، وبالتالي نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية على موقع www.ikea.ae
9. يمكن تحميل بطاقة الهدايا مرة واحدة فقط ولا يمكن تعبئة رصيدها.
10. يمكن تعبئة بطاقة الهدايا برصيد لا يقل عن 50 درهمًا إماراتيًا، وبحد أقصى 5000 درهم إماراتي.
11. نظرًا لأن بطاقة الهدايا قابلة للتحويل، فلا تتحمل IKEA أو MYLIST مسؤولية التحقق من ملكية بطاقة الهدايا قبل قبولها عند الدفع.
12. يكون استرداد الأموال مقابل البضائع التي تم شراؤها باستخدام بطاقة الهدايا في شكل بطاقة هدايا أخرى أو بطاقة استرداد فقط. تخضع جميع المبالغ المستردة لسياسة الاسترداد الرسمية الخاصة بـ IKEA والتي قد تتغير من وقت لآخر.
13. تحتفظ IKEA بالحق في تغيير الشروط والأحكام التي تحكم استخدام بطاقة الهدايا من وقت لآخر وفقًا لتقديرها الخاص.
14. يجب اعتبار قرارات IKEA بشأن جميع المسائل المتعلقة باستخدام بطاقة الهدايا نهائية وملزمة للعملاء.
15. يمكن استخدام بطاقة الهدايا للسداد الكامل أو الجزئي ولعدة مرات حتى يصبح الرصيد صفرًا.
16. يمكن للعملاء داخل المتجر دفع جزء من إجمالي قيمة الشراء عن طريق بطاقة الهدايا والجزء الآخر نقدًا أو عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان/الخصم.
17. يمكن للعملاء عبر الإنترنت دفع جزء من إجمالي قيمة الشراء عن طريق بطاقة الهدايا والجزء الآخر عن طريق بطاقة الائتمان أو الخصم. لن يكون الدفع نقدًا عند التسليم متاحًا للمشتريات التي يتم فيها الدفع جزئيًا باستخدام بطاقة الهدايا.
18. ليس من مسؤولية MYLIST التحقق من الرصيد والاستعلام عن الصلاحية والاسترداد الجزئي. للاسترداد الجزئي، والاستعلام عن الرصيد، وانتهاء الصلاحية، وموقع المتجر والشروط والأحكام التفصيلية، يرجى زيارة www.ikea.ae أو زيارة مكتب الدفع في المتجر.

- The Gift Card can be used only at IKEA stores and IKEA online in UAE.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The Gift Card cannot be obtained or redeemed for cash, returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. This also applies to expired Gift Cards.
- If misplaced, IKEA and MYLIST cannot block or cancel the Gift Card and they will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen Gift Cards.
- To redeem the Gift Card, the customer must enter/provide the Card number and PIN at checkout.
- Gift Cards can be used to purchase discounted products.
- Should IKEA cease to operate for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the Gift Card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed.

- The Gift Card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up.
- The Gift Card can be loaded with a minimum balance of AED 50, and a maximum balance of AED 5,000.
- As the Gift Card is transferable, neither IKEA nor MYLIST is responsible for checking the ownership of the Gift Card before acceptance at the checkout.
- Refunds of merchandise purchased with the Gift Card will be in the form of another Gift Card or refund card only. All refunds are subject to IKEA’s official Refund Policy which may change from time to time.
- IKEA reserves the right to change the terms and conditions governing the use of the Gift Card from time to time at its sole discretion.
- IKEA's decisions on all matters relating to the connection with the use of the Gift Card shall be final and binding on the Customers.
- The Gift Card can be used for complete or partial payment and as many times until the balance is zero.
- In-store customers can pay part of the total purchase value by Gift Card and the other part by cash or credit/ debit card.
