- Megrendelésenként több ajándékkártya felhasználása lehetséges (ezek utalványkóddal kombinálva is felhasználhatók) maximum 80.000 Ft-ig.
- A naptári hónaponként felhasználható ajándékkártyák maximális értéke 5000,– euróra korlátozódik. Azügyfélfiókjához naptári hónaponként kapcsolható ajándékkártyák maximális értéke i5000,– euróra korlátozódik.

- Ha az ajándékutalvány elveszett vagy megsérült, készpénzre nem váltható.
- Ha lemondja rendelését, vagy ajándékutalvánnyal rendelt termékeket küld vissza, az érték visszakerül Zalando számlájára.
- Sajnos az ajándékutalvány jóváírása visszamenőleg nem váltható be. Maga az utalvány vásárlása nem váltható be, és az ára nem térítendő vissza.
- A Zalando ajándékkártyák nem elektronikus pénz, hanem szabályozatlan tárolt érték. Ez azt jelenti, hogy sem az elektronikus pénz jogi védelmet, sem a készpénzbeváltáshoz való jog nem érvényesül.

- Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single order until a maximum amount of 80.000 HUF is reached.
- The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR.

- It is not possible to exchange the Gift Card for cash in the case of loss or damage.
- If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your Gift Card credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
- It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your Gift Card credit retrospectively. The purchase of the Gift Card itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The Zalando Gift Cards are not e-money but an unregulated value credit. This means that neither the statutory protection for e-money applies and there is no right to redeem for cash.
