The Ultimate Dining Card is redeemable at authorized restaurants that accept this card, which may be updated from time to time. These restaurants may differ from those listed on the card. The most up-to-date list is available at theultimatediningcard.ca. The value of this card is non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, except as required by law. This card is valid only in Canada. The amount of each purchase is deducted from the card balance; if the balance is insufficient, the difference must be paid at the time of purchase. If this card is lost, stolen, or used without authorization, it cannot be replaced (unless the card has been registered for balance protection at theultimatediningcard.ca).
