The gift card can only be used at IKEA stores and online in Egypt. To find your nearest IKEA store, visit www.ikea.com/eg/en/stores/. The eGift card cannot be redeemed for cash, returned, or refunded, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. This also applies to expired eGift cards. If misused, IKEA and YouGotaGift cannot suspend or cancel the eGift card and will not be responsible for any transactions involving lost or stolen eGift cards. To redeem the eGift card, the customer must enter/provide the card number and PIN at checkout. The eGift card can be used to purchase products at a discounted price. The eGift card can only be loaded once and cannot be topped up. The eGift card can be used for full or partial payment multiple times until the balance is zeroed. In-store customers can pay part of the total purchase value with the eGift card and the rest with cash or a credit/debit card. Online customers can pay part of the total purchase value with the eGift card and the rest with a credit or debit card. Cash on delivery is not available for purchases where payment is partially made with the eGift card.
