I BCD possono essere spesi entro e non oltre la data indicata, oltre la quale non saranno sostituiti o prorogati, né sarà rimborsato alcun credito residuo.

Il valore del BCD non può essere convertito in contanti o accreditato su una carta di credito. Il BCD non è inoltre scambiabile in caso di smarrimento o furto. I BCD possono essere caricati sull'App Eni Live solo dopo la loro data di validità.

Per caricare i codici sull'App è sufficiente:

Scarica l'App Eni Live,
Sprire dal menu la sezione Voucher,
Cliccare sull'opzione Aggiungi Buono o Buono Carburante,
Seleziona la sezione Buoni Eni e Buoni Digitali.
Inquadrare il QRCode o digitare il codice identificativo BCD.
- Questo creerà un buono di credito che può essere utilizzato per l'acquisto di carburante, che sarà venduto presso le stazioni Eni al prezzo al pubblico esposto sulla colonna del distributore al momento dell'acquisto.

Validity of Digital Fuel Vouchers

BCDs can be spent up to and no later than the date indicated, after which they will not be replaced or extended, nor will any remaining credit be refunded.

Further information

The value of the BCD cannot be converted into cash or credited to a credit card. The BCD is also not exchangeable in the event of loss or theft. BCDs can only be uploaded to the Eni Live App after their validity date.

To upload codes to the App, simply:

Download the Eni Live App,
Open the Voucher section from the menu,
Click on the Add Voucher or Fuel Voucher option,
Select the Eni Vouchers and Digital Vouchers section.
Frame the QRCode or type in the BCD identification code.
- This will create a voucher credit that can be used to purchase fuel, which will be sold at Eni Stations at the public price displayed on the dispensing column at the time of purchase.
