لاستخدام بطاقتك، ما عليك سوى الذهاب إلى أي متجر سوبر ماركت مترو داخل مصر وإظهار هذا البريد الإلكتروني على شاشتك أو نسخة مطبوعة لدى أمين الصندوق.

1. يمكن الاسترداد فقط في متاجر سوبر ماركت مترو في مصر.
2. صالحة لمدة 12 شهرا من تاريخ الإصدار.
3. لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة الضياع أو السرقة أو التلف.
4. في حالة استعمالها في مكان خاطئ، فلا يمكن لسوبر ماركت مترو أو مايلست إيقاف/إلغاء البطاقة، ولن يكونا مسؤولين عن أي معاملات على البطاقة المفقودة / المسروقة.

To use your card, simply go to any Metro Supermarket Store within EGYPT and show this email on your screen or a print copy at the cashier.
1. Only redeemable at Metro Supermarket stores in EGYPT.
2. Valid for 12 months from date of issuance.
3. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
4. If misplaced Metro Supermarket and MyList cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card.
