Zmluvné podmienky: Na jednu objednávku je možné použiť viacero darčekových kariet až do dosiahnutia maximálnej sumy 200,00 EUR.Maximálna hodnota Darčekových kariet, ktoré je možné využiť za kalendárny mesiac, je obmedzená na 5 000 EUR.

V prípade straty alebo poškodenia nie je možné darčekovú kartu vymeniť za hotovosť.
Ak zrušíte objednávku alebo vrátite položky, ktoré boli objednané s kreditom vašej darčekovej karty, hodnota bude prevedená späť na váš účet Zalando ako kredit.
Kredit vašej darčekovej karty žiaľ nie je možné spätne uplatniť. Samotný nákup Darčekovej karty nie je možné vymeniť ani vrátiť.
Darčekové karty Zalando nie sú elektronické peniaze, ale kredit s neregulovanou hodnotou. To znamená, že na elektronické peniaze sa nevzťahuje ani zákonná ochrana a neexistuje právo na ich výmenu za hotovosť.

Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single order until a maximum amount of 200,00 EUR is reached.
The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR. The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EURGift Cards apply to all fashion items excluding e.g. beauty products and electronics.

It is not possible to exchange the Gift Card for cash in the case of loss or damage.
If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your Gift Card credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your Gift Card credit retrospectively. The purchase of the Gift Card itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The Zalando Gift Cards are not e-money but an unregulated value credit. This means that neither the statutory protection for e-money applies and there is no right to redeem for cash.
