لاستخدام بطاقتك، ما عليك سوى الانتقال إلى أي من متاجر بنده داخل المملكة العربية السعودية وإحضار نسخة مطبوعة أو إظهار هذا البريد الإلكتروني على شاشتك إلى أمين الصندوق.
يمكن استردادها فقط في أي من متاجر بنده في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
صالحة لمدة 6 شهرا من تاريخ الإصدار.
لا يمكن استخدام بطاقة سلتي في عمليات الشراء عبر الإنترنت من خلال تطبيق/موقع Panda
لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة الضياع أو السرقة أو التلف
في حالة استعمالها في مكان خاطئ، فلا يمكن لـ بنده وMYLIST إيقاف/إلغاء البطاقة، ولن يكونا مسؤولين عن أي معاملات على البطاقة المفقودة / المسروقة.
تحتفظ MYLIST بالحق في الإلغاء إذا رأينا أن هذا الإجراء ضروري. وفي هذه الحالة، يجوز لنا تقديم بطاقة هدايا بديلة بقيمة معادلة ما لم نشك في حدوث احتيال فيما يتعلق ببطاقة الهدايا. تظل بطاقة الهدايا مملوكة لـ MYLIST.
إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكورين في بطاقة الهدايا يعملان لأي سبب أو لم يكونا مرتبطين بشراكة مع MYLIST أو أي شركة تابعة لـ MYLIST، فإن MYLIST بالحق في استبدال البطاقة مقابل بطاقة هدايا MYLIST أو أي بطاقة هدايا أخرى بقيمة مساوية. لا يسمح باسترداد النقود أو النقاط.
تحتفظ MYLIST بالحق في تحديث وتغيير الشروط والأحكام الخاصة ببطاقات هدايا MYLIST في أي وقت. هذا لا يؤثر على حقوقك القانونية.
يشكل استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه قبولاً للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا، وبالتالي نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية.
To use your card, simply go to any Panda stores within KSA and bring along a printed copy or show this email on your screen to the cashier.
- Only redeemable at any Panda stores in KSA
- Valid for 6 months from date of issuance.
- Sallati Card Cannot be used for Online Purchases through Panda app/website
- Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged
- If misplaced Panda and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card.
- MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property.
- Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed.
- MYLIST reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions the MYLIST gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.
- Receipt and use of this gift card constitute acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully.
