- Purchases made with gift voucher will not be entitled to further promotion vouchers.
- Cannot be combined with other brand/promotional vouchers.
- The full value must be redeemed in a single purchase. No refund (cash or otherwise) for any unused value.
- Not refundable/exchangeable for cash or be credited into any Isetan account.
- Vouchers are strictly utilised for purchase of items from Isetan and not be utilised for commercial purposes.
