- A rendelés leadása után, utólag is felhasználhatom az ajándékkártyát?
A rendelés leadása után, már nem tudjuk hozzáadni az ajándékkártyát, új rendelést szükséges rögzíteni. Az ajándékkártya egy rendelésben használható csak fel, amellyel a névértékkel megegyező kedvezmény érvényesíthető. Újabb ajándékkártyára vásárlására ez az összeg nem használható fel.
- Mi történik, ha olyan terméket küldök vissza, melyet ajándékkártyával vásároltam?
Amennyiben a teljes rendelés visszaküldésre kerül, úgy egy új vásárlási utalvány kerül kiállításra 30 nappal meghosszabbított lejárati idővel. Minden különböző forgalmazó után új utalványt küldünk ki.
- Az ajándékkártya készpénzre váltható?
Nem, az ajándékkártya értéke nem váltható készpénzre
- Can I use the gift card after placing the order?
After placing the order, we can no longer add the gift card, a new order must be recorded. The gift card can only be used in one order, with which the discount equal to the nominal value can be applied. This amount cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
- What happens if I return a product that I bought with a gift card?
If the entire order is returned, a new purchase voucher will be issued with an extended expiration date of 30 days. We send out a new voucher for each different distributor.
- Can the gift card be exchanged for cash?
No, the value of the gift card cannot be exchanged for cash
