Las tarjetas regalo son válidas únicamente en MXN para todos los productos que tenemos disponibles.
Las tarjetas de regalo se pueden aplicar a una reserva de grupo cuando estén disponibles.
Las tarjetas de regalo no se pueden utilizar para crédito de propiedad ni para liquidar cargos adicionales no especificados de hotel, tours privados, aerolíneas o alquiler de automóviles.
Se requiere el pago total al momento de realizar la reserva.
Todas las reservas están sujetas a disponibilidad.
Una vez realizada una reserva con una tarjeta regalo, se aplicará la política de cancelación normal y los pagos de cancelación, sujetos a los términos y condiciones de su reserva.
Es posible que no se permitan cambios en las reservas.
Todas las tarjetas de regalo no son reembolsables ni reemplazables en caso de pérdida, robo o cancelación de la reserva. Las tarjetas de regalo no son transferibles.
Las tarjetas regalo serán nulas cuando estén prohibidas, si se utilizan con fines fraudulentos o ilegales o están restringidas por la ley y si se venden por dinero en efectivo u otra contraprestación y si son utilizadas por residentes no domiciliados en México.
Ninguna tarjeta de regalo es reembolsable. Las tarjetas de regalo no se pueden cambiar ni revender a otros destinatarios; consulte nuestros términos y condiciones de venta.

RentacarGift Mexico gift cards have an expiration date of 12 months from issuance, subject to local state and national laws and any required residual refund value for each state and country. All website content, customer service, tickets, and electronic vouchers will be in Spanish. Gift cards and discount/promotional vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The RentacarGift Card can only be redeemed directly on the Rentacargift.com website. Reservation details once made, including people, providers, date, and duration of the booking, cannot be changed. The total price of your reservation will not be confirmed until you receive a booking confirmation reference from the provider. You may need to enter a secondary payment method if the price is higher than the value of the RentacarGift Card. Review before completing the reservation. You will be asked to confirm all Terms and Conditions and important information before finalizing your booking, as use of the website and the RentacarGift card constitutes acceptance of all Terms and Conditions of the RentacarGift website.
Gift cards can only be applied to a new individual reservation made in MXN by residents (domiciled) in Mexico.
Gift cards must be used as a form of payment for a new reservation made directly with RentacarGift.
Gift cards are valid only in MXN for all products we offer.
Gift cards may be applied to a group booking when available.
Gift cards cannot be used for property credit or to settle unspecified additional charges for hotels, private tours, airlines, or car rentals.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
All reservations are subject to availability.
Once a reservation is made with a gift card, the standard cancellation policy and cancellation fees will apply, subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.
Changes to reservations may not be allowed.
All gift cards are non-refundable and non-replaceable in case of loss, theft, or cancellation of the reservation. Gift cards are non-transferable.
Gift cards will be void where prohibited, if used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or where restricted by law, and if sold for cash or other consideration, and if used by residents not domiciled in Mexico.
No gift card is refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or resold to other recipients; please refer to our terms and conditions of sale.
