Electronic Douglas Voucher or Electronic Voucher - a bearer voucher, entitling the User to redeem it at Douglas perfumeries in Poland and in the online store at www.douglas.pl. The voucher is a special form of the Douglas Gift Card, it is made available to the buyer in the form of a digital code, on data carriers specified by the Publisher, including by e-mail, SMS, in printed form.

Voucher elektroniczny o określonej wartości (od 10 zł do 5000 zł) upoważnia do realizacji vouchera we wszystkich perfumeriach Douglas w Polsce oraz na stronie www.douglas.pl. Voucher elektroniczny jest elektronicznym odpowiednikiem "Karty podarunkowej”.

Voucher poniżej jego wartości nie może zostać zrealizowany. W przypadku zakupów powyżej kwoty vouchera różnicę należy wpłacić gotówką lub kartą kredytową lub innym voucherem (maksymalnie można wykorzystać 3 vouchery w sklepie internetowym i 5 voucherów w perfumerii stacjonarnej).

Voucher nie podlega zwrotowi ani wymianie na gotówkę w całości lub w części.

Użytkownik ma prawo w każdej chwili sprawdzić aktualną wartość Vouchera Elektronicznego. Wartość można sprawdzić bezpośrednio w perfumeriach Douglas w Polsce lub na infolinii Wydawcy 0 801 101 700 lub 022 330 98 98.

An electronic voucher of a specific value (from PLN 10 to PLN 5,000) authorizes you to carry out a voucher in all Douglas perfumeries in Poland and at www.douglas.pl. The electronic voucher is the electronic equivalent of a "Gift Card".

A voucher below its value cannot be redeemed. In the case of purchases above the voucher amount, the difference must be paid in cash or by credit card or other voucher (maximum you can use 3 vouchers in the online store and 5 vouchers in stationary perfumeries).

The voucher is not refundable or exchangeable for cash in whole or in part.

The User has the right to check the current value of the Electronic Voucher at any time. The value can be checked directly at Douglas perfumeries in Poland or at the Publisher's helpline number 0 801 101 700 or 022 330 98 98.
