[유효기간 연장 정책]

1. 유효기간 연장은 미사용 교환권에 한해 유효기간 만료일 1일 전까지 신청 가능합니다.
2. 유효기간은 93일 단위로 연장 가능하지만, 이는 최초 발행일로부터 최대 5년까지만 가능합니다.
3. 유효기간 연장 신청은 inumber 고객센터(1644-5093)에 전화를 해주셔야 가능합니다. (공휴일 제외 평일 오전 9:00시 ~ 오후 6:00시)

[취소 및 환불 정책] 

1. 최초 만료일 후 : 받으신 분께서 inumber 고객센터(1644-5093)에 전화를 하셔야 신청 가능하며, 구매금액의 90% 금액이 환불됩니다.
2. 유효기간이 만료된 교환권에 대한 환불신청은 최초 발행일로부터 5년 이내까지만 가능합니다.

[Expiration Period Extension Policy]

1. Expiration period extension can be requested up to 1 day before the expiration date for unused vouchers.
2. The expiration period can be extended in 93-day units, but this is limited to a maximum of 5 years from the original issuance date.
3. You must call the inumber customer center (1644-5093) to request an extension. (Weekdays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, excluding public holidays)
   

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

1. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the inumber customer center (1644-5093) to request an extension, and 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.
2. Refund requests for vouchers with an expired expiration date can only be requested within 5 years from the original issuance date.
