لاستخدام بطاقتك، ما عليك سوى الانتقال إلى أي متجر شرف دي جي داخل مصر وإحضار نسخة مطبوعة أو إظهار هذا البريد الإلكتروني على شاشتك إلى أمين الصندوق.
1. يمكن استردادها فقط في أي من متاجر شرف دي جي في مصر.
2. صالحة لمدة 12 شهرا من تاريخ الإصدار.
3. لا يمكن إعادتها أو ردها ولا يمكن استبدالها في حالة الضياع أو السرقة أو التلف
4. في حالة استعمالها في مكان خاطئ، فلا يمكن لشرف دي جي ومايليست إيقاف/إلغاء البطاقة، ولن يكونا مسؤولين عن أي معاملات على البطاقة المفقودة / المسروقة
5. تحتفظ مايلست بالحق في الإلغاء إذا رأينا أن هذا الإجراء ضروري. وفي هذه الحالة، يجوز لنا تقديم بطاقة هدايا بديلة بقيمة معادلة ما لم نشك في حدوث احتيال فيما يتعلق ببطاقة الهدايا. تظل بطاقة الهدايا مملوكة لـ مايليست.
6. إذا لم تعد العلامة التجارية أو بائع التجزئة المذكورين في بطاقة الهدايا يعملان لأي سبب أو لم يكونا مرتبطين بشراكة مع مايليست أو أي شركة تابعة لمايليست، فإن مايليست تحتفظ بالحق في استبدال البطاقة ببطاقة هدايا مايليست أو أي بطاقة هدايا أخرى بقيمة مساوية. لا يسمح بالاسترداد النقدي أو استرداد النقاط.
7. تحتفظ مايليست بالحق في تحديث وتغيير الشروط والأحكام الخاصة ببطاقات هدايا مايليست في أي وقت. هذا لا يؤثر على حقوقك القانونية.
8. يشكل استلام واستخدام بطاقة الهدايا هذه قبولًا للشروط والأحكام الخاصة بنا، وبالتالي نوصيك بقراءتها بعناية.
To use your card, simply go to any Sharaf Dg Store within Egypt and bring along a printed copy or show this email on your screen to the cashier.
- Only redeemable at any Sharaf Dg stores in Egypt.
- Valid for 12 months from date of issuance.
- Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
- If misplaced Sharaf Dg and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card.
- MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property.
- Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed.
- MYLIST reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions the MYLIST gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights.
- Receipt and use of this gift card constitute acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully.
