[유효기간 연장 정책]

1. 유효기간 연장은 미사용 교환권에 한해 유효기간 만료일 1일 전까지 신청 가능합니다.
2. 유효기간은 93일 단위로 연장 가능하지만, 이는 최초 발행일로부터 최대 5년까지만 가능합니다.
3. 유효기간 연장 신청은 inumber 고객센터(1644-5093)에 전화를 해주셔야 가능합니다. (공휴일 제외 평일 오전 9:30시 ~ 오후 6:00시)[취소 및 환불 정책]
4. 최초 만료일 전: 사용된 교환권은 취소 및 환불이 불가하며, 미사용 교환권에 대한 결제 취소 및 환불은 구매자가 소다기프트 고객센터(support@sodagift.com)로 신청 가능합니다
5. 최초 만료일 후 : 받으신 분께서 inumber 고객센터(1644-5093)에 전화를 하셔야 신청 가능하며, 구매금액의 90% 금액이 환불됩니다.
6. 유효기간이 만료된 교환권에 대한 환불신청은 최초 발행일로부터 5년 이내까지만 가능합니다.

[Validity period extension policy]

1. Extension of validity period can be applied for only for unused exchange vouchers up to 1 day before the expiration date.
2. The validity period can be extended in 93-day increments, but only up to 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
3. To apply for an extension of the validity period, you must call the inumber customer service center (1644-5093). (9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays, excluding public holidays) [Cancellation and refund policy]
4. Before the first expiration date: Used exchange vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded, and purchasers can apply for payment cancellation and refund for unused exchange vouchers by contacting Soda Gift Customer Center (support@sodagift.com).
5. After the initial expiration date: The recipient must call the number customer service center (1644-5093) to apply, and 90% of the purchase price will be refunded.
6. Refund requests for expired exchange vouchers can only be made within 5 years from the date of initial issuance.
