- The E-Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. Unredeemed gift cards will not be refunded after the expiry date. No extensions of the expiry date will be granted for expired gift cards.
- The E-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at any Timezone Venue located in Singapore.
- The value stored in the E-Gift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of promotional items such as Double Deals, Super Deals, or any other special offers. The value can only be utilized to acquire the same amount of credits as indicated on the gift card – e.g., $10 on the e-gift card is redeemable for $10 worth of Timezone Game Credits.
- These E-Gift Cards are not qualified for Timezone Rewards cumulative spend.
- Timezone Singapore Pte Ltd shall not be held responsible for any claims, demands, losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities of any nature arising from or connected with the unauthorized use of the eGift Card.
- Timezone Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
- In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Timezone's Management will be final.
