Све поклон-картице са ознаком GiftOnCard (е-картица) издају партнери Zmart Solution ltd и Giftoncard. Поклон-картице се издају на период важења од 12 (дванаест) месеци. Поклон-картица аутоматски престаје да важи 12 месеци након активације, чији датум је назначен на фискалном рачуну издатом приликом куповине поклон-картице. Поклон-картица се не може поново издати након истека периода важења. Поклон-картица се може искористити за плаћање робе и услуга на означеним локацијама у оквиру мреже продајних места која примају GiftOnCard, учесника у програму GiftOnCard, на локацијама и интернет-продавницама са ознаком „GIFTONCARD”. Све трансакције се обрађују у званичној локалној валути на предвиђеној тржишној локацији. Поклон-картице се могу искористити одједном, или у више наврата док стање на поклон-картици не достигне нулу. Приступањем, покушајем коришћења или коришћењем услуга GiftOnCard поклон-картица, купац прихвата Услове коришћења с тренутним дејством. Zmart Solution ltd у било ком тренутку може да промени Услове коришћења. Наставком коришћења услуга поклон-картице након таквих измена потврђујете прихватање измењених Услова коришћења и пратећих докумената. Услови коришћења и сва друга неуговорна права и обавезе који проистичу из њих или у вези с њима регулисаће се и тумачити у складу с законима Републике Србије. All GiftOnCard labeled Gift cards, (e-card) are issued by Zmart Solution ltd and Giftoncard Partners. Gift Cards shall be issued with a validity period of 12 (twelve) months. The validity of a Gift Card shall automatically expire 12 months after activation, the date being indicated on the fiscal receipt received at purchase of the Gift Card. A Gift Card cannot be reissued after its validity period expires.The Gift Card can be used to purchase goods and services at the designated locations, within the network of GiftOnCard acceptors - participants in the GiftOnCard program, at locations and web shops carrying the “GIFTONCARD” sign. All transactions will be processed in official major local currency at the designated market location.Gift Cards can be redeemed all at once, or can repeatedly be used until the Gift Card balance reaches zero. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or damaged.Detailed Terms of use can be found at https://giftoncard.eu/general-terms-and-conditions. By accessing, attempting to use or using GiftOnCard Gift Card services, customer is agreeing to be bound by Terms of Use with immediate effect. Terms of Use are subject to change by Zmart solution ltd. at any time. Continued use of the Gift Card services following any such change constitutes agreement to Terms of Use and accompanied documents as so modified.Terms of Use and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia. Any customer claims, disputes in connection with these Terms of Use, shall be referred to GiftOnCard customer service at https://giftoncard.eu/customer-claims.
