You agree that in the event Tango Global Choice Link does not work properly, our sole obligation and your sole remedy is replacement of the damaged Tango Global Choice Link for one that works properly, if you contact us before its stated expiration date.
1. No cash access - i.e., no ATM, no stock/brokerage accounts, no PayPal, Western Union, etc.
2. Virtual cards have an option to "request plastic" (i.e., physical) -- this only is available for recipients in the US and Canada A $3 fee is incurred (comes out of the value of the reward) if they opt to have a plastic card delivered.
3. Users will incur a 2% transaction fee when spending a USD OL card in a country/region where USD is not the local currency. For example, if a recipient is purchasing $100 USD equivalent of goods in Europe, they will pay a $2 foreign transaction fee.
4. Recipients outside of the US may be required to provide KYC (know your customer) information upon registration -- this is often requested in the form of a photo ID, uploaded to the registration portal.
