إذا تم دفع قيمة الطلب عن طريق بطاقة هدايا إلكترونية eGift وتم طلب استرداد المبلغ، فسيتم إرجاع الجزء المدفوع ببطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية إلى بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية.
لا تتحمل شركة SHEIN المسؤولية عن بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift المفقودة أو المسروقة أو غير المصرح بها.

بعد تحديد المنتجات انقر فوق "إتمام الدفع".
أدخل تفاصيل بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift ضمن بطاقة الهدايا
أدخل رقم بطاقة الهدية الإلكترونية eGift ورقم التعريف الشخصي (PIN) ثم انقر فوق "تطبيق" لاسترداد بطاقة الهدية الإلكترونية.
لا يمكن تمديد بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift منتهية الصلاحية أو استبدالها أو استرداد قيمتها.

eGift cards can be redeemed partially and the remaining balance stays on the eGift card for future use until the expiry of the card.
You may enter the eGift card number and PIN number when you are checking out. The amount will be deducted from the eGift card. If the payable balance is more than the balance on the eGift card, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount.
You may check your eGift card balance in your SHEIN account.
How to check the balance of the gift card in the app.
Go to 'Me' ----'Gift Card'---- Enter gift card password and pin.
The balance in your eGift card may be used on SHEIN to purchase products and services. The eGift card balance cannot be withdrawn for cash.
If an order is paid by an eGift card and a refund was requested, the portion paid by the eGift card will be returned to the eGift card.
SHEIN is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized eGift cards.
How to redeem:
After selecting items click on “Checkout”.
Enter eGift Card details under Gift Card
Enter eGift Card number and PIN and click “Apply” to redeem the eGift Card.
Expired eGift Cards cannot be extended, exchanged or refunded.
