2. بطاقات هدايا شكرًا Shukran الإلكترونية قابلة للاستبدال عبر "العلامات التجارية المشاركة" على الإنترنت/وخارج الإنترنت في لاند مارك، تفضل بزيارة https://www.shukran.com/giftcard للتحقق من القائمة المحدثة للعلامات التجارية المشاركة ومواقع المتاجر.
3.لا يمكن استبدال بطاقة هدايا شكرًا Shukran الإلكترونية نقدًا سواء بشكل كلي أو جزئي.
4. يمكن استبدال 5 بطاقات هدايا فقط مقابل فاتورة واحدة.
5. تعتبر بطاقة هدايا شكرًا Shukran الإلكترونية قابلة للاسترداد جزئيًا. وبالتالي، يمكن استخدام نفس البطاقة في رحلات تسوق متعددة عبر جميع متاجر Landmark Retail Brand المشاركة في كافة أنحاء عُمان. لا تخضع الاستعلامات عن الرصيد والاسترداد الجزئي لاختصاص YouGotaGift.
6. إذا تجاوزت قيمة الشراء قيمة بطاقة الهدايا، فيجب دفع قيمة الفرق من العميل الذي يسترد قيمة بطاقة الهدايا.
7. لا يُسمح بالاستبدال / التعويض أو دفع ثمن بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية المفقودة.
8. لن يتم قبول بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية المشوهة أو التالفة.
9. تخضع بطاقة هدايا شكرًا Shukran الإلكترونية لشروط وأحكام بطاقة هدايا شكرًا Shukran المعمول بها من وقت لآخر.
10. للاسترداد الجزئي أو الاستعلام عن الرصيد أو انتهاء الصلاحية أو معرفة مواقع المتاجر والشروط والأحكام التفصيلية، تفضل بزيارة https://www.shukran.com/giftcard أو اتصل على 96824649600 (رقم مجاني).
11. لا يمكن إلغاء بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift أو استبدالها أو تمديدها أو رد قيمتها بمجرد إصدارها.
12. يمكن استرداد أموال العناصر المشتراة باستخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift هذه وفقًا لسياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال الخاصة بالتاجر. ويتحمل التاجر وحده المسؤولية عن المنتج والخدمة المقدمة للعملاء.
1. Shukran eGift Card is Valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
2. Shukran eGift Cards are redeemable across Online/Offline “Participating Brands” of Landmark, visit www.shukran.com/giftcard to check the updated list of participating brands and store locations.
3. Shukran eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or part.
4. Only 5 Gift cards can be redeemed against a single Invoice.
5. Shukran eGift Card is partially redeemable. Hence the same Card can be used in multiple shopping trips across all participating Landmark Retail Brand Stores across Oman. Balance enquiries and partial redemptions are not under the purview of YouGotaGift.
6. Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the Gift Card.
7. No replacement / compensation is permissible / payable for lost eGift Card.
8. Mutilated or defaced eGift Card will not be honored.
9. Shukran eGift Card is governed by the Shukran Gift Card T&C in force from time to time.

11. eGift cards once issued cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended or refunded.
12. Items purchased by the eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service offered to the customers.
