The Alshaya Group Gift Card is a participating Alshaya Group brand. This eGift Card can only be redeemed in physical stores and cannot be used online. The Alshaya Group eGift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Alshaya eGift Cards can be redeemed at all Alshaya stores, including fashion and footwear, health and beauty, pharmacies, home furnishings, optics, and entertainment and leisure outlets, as well as restaurants such as Shake Shack, Raising Cane's, Starbucks, JBottle, and Pinkberry only. The Alshaya eGift Card cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash. Only one eGift Card may be redeemed on a single invoice. The Alshaya eGift Card may be partially redeemed. If a product is purchased using an Alshaya eGift Card, the remaining balance and expiration date will be displayed on the receipt. This information can be obtained from the Alshaya Group Customer Service Department at 182-12-12, or simply by presenting the eGift Card to a cashier in-store. Balance inquiries and partial refunds are the sole responsibility of the merchant. If the purchase amount exceeds the eGift Card balance, the customer redeeming the eGift Card must pay the remaining amount. No exchanges, reimbursements, or refunds are permitted for a lost eGift Card. Mutilated or damaged eGift Cards will not be accepted. Alshaya eGift Cards are subject to the Alshaya Group's terms and conditions in effect from time to time. To successfully redeem eGift Cards, please scan the card against a white or light-colored background. eGift cards cannot be cancelled, exchanged, extended, or refunded once issued and are subject to the merchant's terms and conditions. Items purchased with this eGift card may be refunded in accordance with the merchant's refund and exchange policy. The merchant is solely responsible for the product and service provided to customers using this eGift card.
