Please follow the instructions below to use your code:

Log into your Playstation Store account (via your Playstation 3, 4, 5 or PSVita console)
Select "Exchange Codes".
Enter the 12-digit code you received by e-mail on your Voucher and select "Continue".
Your code will immediately be added to your account!

Playstation cards are cumulative and can only be exchanged for credit once for the full value. Once the amount is topped up on your account, it is valid for an unlimited period of time.

Please note: Security PIN has an expiration period of 12 months from delivery date.
