Der Gutschein kann in den Filialen in Deutschland und Österreich eingelöst werden. Im Internet können Sie den Gutschein unter www.louis.de einlösen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Gutscheine, die Sie von BONAGO erwerben, ihrerseits gesonderten AGBs unterliegen.

Anzahl einlösbarer Gutscheine

Gutscheine Es kann nur ein Gutschein pro Bestellung eingelöst werden. Bei telefonischen Bestellungen oder in den Stores können mehrere Gutscheine eingelöst werden.

Gültigkeit

Der Gutschein ist ab dem Ausstellungsdatum drei Jahre gültig.

Restguthaben

Bei telefonischen Aufträgen haben wir die Möglichkeit Geschenkgutscheine mit höherem Wert einzulösen, ein eventueller Restbetrag werden auf dem Versandkonto gut geschrieben. Diese Summe wir dann in einen neuen Gutschein umgewandelt. Bei einer Bestellung online können Sie Geschenkgutscheine bis zur Höhe des Bestellwertes einlösen.

Redemption option

The voucher can be redeemed in branches in Germany and Austria. You can redeem the voucher online at www.louis.de. Please note that the vouchers you purchase from BONAGO are subject to separate terms and conditions.

Number of redeemable vouchers

Only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Multiple vouchers can be redeemed when ordering by phone or in store.

Validity

The voucher is valid for three years from the date of issue.

Remaining credit

For telephone orders, we have the option of redeeming gift vouchers with a higher value; any remaining amount will be credited to the shipping account. This sum will then be converted into a new voucher. When ordering online, you can redeem gift vouchers up to the amount of the order.

Delivery Conditions

Shipping is possible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Please note the corresponding shipping fees.
