- VisitBritain Gift Cards are redeemable for full or part payment on the online VisitBritain Shop.
- This VisitBritain Gift Card cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or credit or vouchers once purchased and activated.
- The amount payable by you for your purchase (“Purchase Cost”) will be deducted from the balance on the VisitBritain Gift Card and any Purchase Cost amount still owed by you following the deduction from the balance of your VisitBritain Gift Card, you agree that you will be liable to pay any such remaining Purchase Costs either by way of credit or debit card.
- This VisitBritain Gift Card should be treated as cash, we cannot replace or reimburse the value of the VisitBritain Gift card if it is lost, stolen or damaged.
- This VisitBritain Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

No additional fees will be imposed on purchasers or recipients of VisitBritain Gift Cards.
