  1. e-Gift Voucher ini dikeluarkan oleh AEON CO. (M) BHD. [198401014370(126926-H)] (“AEON”).
  2. e-Gift Voucher ini HANYA terpakai di Malaysia.
  3. e-Gift Voucher ini membolehkan pembeli/pemegang/pembawa e-Gift Voucher (“Pemegang”) menebus/membeli barangan di mana-mana kedai barangan am fizikal AEON Store & AEON Mall, tidak termasuk AEON Big, MaxValu/MaxValu Prime, DAISO, AEON Wellness, Tsutaya Bookstore, dan Petemo Petlife Store (“Kedai Fizikal”). Lokasi yang mengambil bahagian : AEON Store (https://aeonretail.com.my/our-locations/?e-filter-0759b08-location_category=aeon-store), AEON Mall (https://aeonretail.com.my/our-locations/?e-filter-0759b08-location_category=aeon-mall)
  4. e-Gift Voucher ini tidak terpakai untuk sebarang pembelian/penebusan secara dalam talian melalui mana-mana platform atau aplikasi dalam talian AEON.
  5. Nilai e-Gift Voucher ini dinyatakan dalam Ringgit Malaysia. e-Gift Voucher ini tidak boleh dikembalikan wangnya, tidak boleh dipindah milik, dan tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, jenis e-voucher lain, atau apa-apa bentuk mata wang yang sah.
  6. e-Gift Voucher ini sah sehingga tarikh luput yang dinyatakan pada e-Gift Voucher. AEON tidak akan melayan sebarang permintaan untuk lanjutan tempoh sah, bayaran balik, atau penggantian bagi mana-mana e-Gift Voucher yang telah tamat tempoh.
  7. Untuk menebus e-Gift Voucher, Pemegang dikehendaki mengemukakan kod bar e-Gift Voucher yang sah untuk diimbas bagi tujuan penebusan di mana-mana Kedai Fizikal AEON.
  8. Setiap e-Gift Voucher hanya sah untuk satu kali penebusan. Semasa penebusan barangan, sekiranya nilai barangan melebihi jumlah yang dinyatakan dalam e-Gift Voucher, perbezaan tersebut hendaklah dibayar oleh Pemegang. Walau bagaimanapun, sekiranya nilai barangan kurang daripada jumlah yang dinyatakan dalam e-Gift Voucher, perbezaan tersebut tidak akan dikembalikan kepada Pemegang.
  9. Bagi sebarang pembelian e-Gift Voucher, Pemegang tidak berhak menuntut sebarang mata AEON.
  10. Sebarang penebusan e-Gift Voucher adalah tertakluk kepada pengesahan oleh AEON. AEON berhak untuk menolak atau tidak menerima mana-mana e-Gift Voucher yang telah diubah suai atau didapati dalam apa-apa cara tidak boleh diterima untuk penebusan oleh AEON.
  11. AEON mempunyai hak tunggal dan mutlak untuk menggantikan e-Gift Voucher dengan apa-apa barangan lain sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh AEON pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis terlebih dahulu kepada Pemegang.
  12. Sebarang kehilangan e-Gift Voucher tidak akan digantikan oleh AEON. AEON tidak akan bertanggungjawab atau berkewajipan untuk membayar pampasan kepada Pemegang atas sebarang kehilangan e-Gift Voucher atas apa jua sebab, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada kesilapan teknikal dalam aplikasi, atau kerosakan atau kehilangan peralatan.
  13. Terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini hendaklah ditadbir dan ditafsirkan selaras dengan undang-undang Malaysia.
  14. Ketidaksahan, ketidakmampuan atau ketidakbolehkuatkuasaan mana-mana terma dan syarat di bawah ini tidak akan menjejaskan atau mengurangkan penguatkuasaan baki terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini.
  15. AEON tidak akan dalam apa jua keadaan bertanggungjawab dan berkewajipan terhadap sebarang kerugian, kerosakan, atau perbelanjaan yang ditanggung atau dialami oleh Pemegang berkaitan dengan e-Gift Voucher.
  16. AEON berhak untuk mengubah, meminda, dan/atau mengemas kini mana-mana terma dan syarat yang terkandung di sini tanpa sebarang notis terlebih dahulu kepada Pemegang. Versi terma dan syarat yang dikemas kini akan berkuat kuasa serta-merta selepas diterbitkan di platform dalam talian.
  17. Keputusan AEON bagi sebarang perkara berkaitan dengan e-Gift Voucher adalah muktamad dan mengikat.
  18. Dengan membeli e-Gift Voucher, Pemegang mengakui dan bersetuju untuk terikat dengan semua terma dan syarat yang dinyatakan di sini.


  1. The e-Gift Voucher is issued by AEON CO. (M) BHD. [198401014370(126926-H)] (“AEON”).
  2. The e-Gift Voucher is ONLY applicable in Malaysia.
  3. This e-Gift Voucher allows the purchaser/holder/bearer of the e-Gift Voucher (“Holder”) to redeem/purchase goods at any physical general merchandise store of AEON Store & AEON Mall, excluding AEON Big, MaxValu/MaxValu Prime, DAISO, AEON Wellness, Tsutaya Bookstore, and Petemo Petlife Store (“Physical Store”). Participating Locations: AEON Store, AEON Mall.
  4. The e-Gift Voucher shall not be applicable for any online purchase/redemption at any online platforms or applications of AEON.
  5. The value of the e-Gift Voucher is stated in Ringgit Malaysia. This e-Gift Voucher is nonrefundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, other types of e-vouchers, or any other form of legal tender.
  6. The e-Gift Voucher shall be valid until the expiry date specified on the e-Gift Voucher. AEON shall not entertain any request for extension, refund, or replacement for any expired e-Gift Voucher.
  7. In order to redeem the e-Gift Voucher, the Holder shall be required to present the valid e-Gift Voucher barcode for scanning for redemption at any Physical Store of AEON.
  8. Each e-Gift Voucher shall be valid for one-time redemption ONLY. During the redemption of goods, if the value of the goods exceeds the amount stated in the e-Gift Voucher, the difference thereof shall be paid by the Holder. However, if the value of the goods is less than the amount stated in the e-Gift Voucher, then the difference thereof shall not be refunded to the Holder.
  9. For any purchase of the e-Gift Voucher, the Holder shall not be entitled to claim any AEON points.
  10. Any redemption of an e-Gift Voucher shall be subject to verification by AEON. AEON reserves the right to refuse or reject any e-Gift Voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable for redemption by AEON.
  11. AEON shall have the sole and absolute right to substitute the e-Gift Voucher with any other items as determined by AEON at any time without prior notice to the Holder.
  12. Any loss of an e-Gift Voucher shall not be replaced by AEON. AEON shall not be held responsible or liable to compensate the Holder for any loss of the e-Gift Voucher for whatsoever reasons, including but not limited to technical errors in the application, or malfunction or loss of equipment.
  13. The terms and conditions contained herein shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
  14. The invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability of any terms and conditions hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in enforcement of the remainder of the terms and conditions contained herein.
  15. AEON shall not in any way be responsible and liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred or suffered by the Holder in relation to the e-Gift Voucher.
  16. AEON reserves the right to vary, modify, and/or update any of the terms and conditions contained herein without any prior notice to the Holder. Updated versions of the terms and conditions will take immediate effect upon publication on the online platform.
  17. AEON’s decision for any matter in relation to the e-Gift Voucher shall be final and binding.
  18. By purchasing the e-Gift Voucher, the Holder acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions stipulated herein.
