Sve poklon kartice sa oznakom GiftOnCard (e-kartica) izdaju Zmart Solution doo i Giftoncard Partneri. Poklon kartice se izdaju sa rokom važenja od 12 mjeseci. Poklon kartica automatski ističe 12 mjeseci nakon aktivacije, s datumom prikazanim na poreznoj fakturi koju dobijete kada kupite poklon karticu. Poklon kartica se ne može ponovo izdati nakon isteka. Poklon kartica se može koristiti za kupovinu robe i usluga na određenim lokacijama, u mreži GiftOnCard prijemnika - učesnika GiftOnCard programa, na lokacijama i online prodavnicama sa znakom "GIFTONCARD". Sve transakcije će biti obrađene u zvaničnoj glavnoj lokalnoj valuti određene tržišne lokacije. Poklon kartice se mogu iskoristiti odjednom ili koristiti više puta dok stanje na poklon kartici ne dostigne nulu. All GiftOnCard labeled Gift cards, (e-card) are issued by Zmart Solution ltd and Giftoncard Partners. Gift Cards shall be issued with a validity period of 12 months. The validity of a Gift Card shall automatically expire 12 months after activation, the date being indicated on the fiscal receipt received at purchase of the Gift Card. A Gift Card cannot be reissued after its validity period expires. The Gift Card can be used to purchase goods and services at the designated locations, within the network of GiftOnCard acceptors - participants in the GiftOnCard program, at locations and web shops carrying the “GIFTONCARD” sign. All transactions will be processed in official major local currency at the designated market location. Gift Cards can be redeemed all at once, or can repeatedly be used until the Gift Card balance reaches zero. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or damaged. Detailed Terms of use can be found at https://giftoncard.eu/general-terms-and-conditions By accessing, attempting to use or using GiftOnCard Gift Card services, customer is agreeing to be bound by Terms of Use with immediate effect. Terms of Use are subject to change by Zmart solution ltd. at any time. Terms of Use and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia.
