Terms & Conditions

Setiap e-baucar sah untuk ditebus dengan sebarang pembelian di mana-mana cawangan FamilyMart di Malaysia (tertakluk pada ketersediaan di kedai), kecuali pembelian Tembakau, Tambah Nilai Telefon Mudah Alih, Mata Permainan, Perkhidmatan Lain dan beg plastik. Penebusan juga tidak sah di cawangan berikut: Menara U, Sentosa Klang, Setia Alam (Prima), Bukit Sentosa, Rawang, Nadayu 801, MyTown, Gombak, Bandar Menjalara, Taman Putra, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Kuchai Lama, C180 Balakong, You City Retail, Mesamall, Jade Hills, Genting Skyway, Genting Sky Avenue, Petron Genting Permai, dan KLIA2. Pengguna dikehendaki menambah amaun perbezaan bagi sebarang pembelian yang melebihi nilai e-baucar. Walau bagaimanapun, jika nilai transaksi lebih rendah daripada nilai e-baucar, perbezaan harga tidak akan dikembalikan.
Kod QR baucar mesti ditunjukkan dan diimbas oleh juruwang untuk penebusan. Kegagalan berbuat demikian bermakna penebusan tidak dibenarkan.
Baucar hanya boleh digunakan untuk satu kali penebusan, dan hanya satu baucar dibenarkan bagi setiap transaksi/resit.
Baucar tidak boleh ditukar dengan wang tunai, mahupun ditukar dengan ganjaran lain dalam apa jua keadaan.
Sebarang baucar yang tidak ditebus akan dilucutkan selepas tempoh sah laku dan tidak akan dikembalikan kepada pengguna atau ditukar dengan wang tunai.
FamilyMart tidak akan melayan sebarang tuntutan berhubung kehilangan baucar.
FamilyMart berhak menamatkan atau menolak penggunaan baucar sekiranya terdapat syak wasangka munasabah terhadap sebarang penyalahgunaan dan/atau salah guna baucar dan/atau sebarang tingkah laku tidak beretika berkaitan dengan FamilyMart. Ini termasuk mencuri, tingkah laku yang kasar atau menyinggung perasaan, dan memberikan maklumat palsu.
FamilyMart berhak meminda Terma dan Syarat ini tanpa notis terdahulu.

Each e-voucher is valid for redemption with any purchase at any FamilyMart outlet in Malaysia (depending on in-store availability), except for purchases of Tobacco, Mobile Phone Reloads, Game Points, Other Services, and plastic bags. Redemption is also not valid at the following outlets: Menara U, Sentosa Klang, Setia Alam (Prima), Bukit Sentosa, Rawang, Nadayu 801, MyTown, Gombak, Bandar Menjalara, Taman Putra, Bandar Puteri Puchong, Kuchai Lama, C180 Balakong, You City Retail, Mesamall, Jade Hills, Genting Skyway, Genting Sky Avenue, Petron Genting Permai, and KLIA2. Users are required to top up the amount difference for any purchase exceeding the e-voucher value. However, if the transaction value is lower than the e-voucher value, the price difference will not be refunded.
The voucher QR Code must be presented and scanned by the cashier for redemption. Failure to do so means redemption is not allowed.
The voucher can be used for one-time redemption only, and only one voucher is allowed per single transaction/receipt.
The voucher is not exchangeable for cash, nor exchangeable for other rewards under any circumstances.
Any unredeemed voucher will be forfeited after the validity period and will not be refunded to the user nor exchangeable for cash.
FamilyMart will not entertain any claim for loss of vouchers.
FamilyMart reserves the right to terminate or refuse the usage of the voucher where there is reasonable suspicion of any abuse and/or misuse of the voucher and/or any unethical behavior in relation to FamilyMart. This includes stealing, abusive or offensive behavior, and providing false information.
FamilyMart reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
