The card balance can be used to pay for goods in any C&A store in Germany. It cannot be redeemed in the online shop. Your card balance can be used for full or partial payment. Any remaining balance remains on the card. If the card balance is insufficient to fully pay for the purchase, the difference can be paid with another payment method. No replacement will be provided in the event of loss, theft, or unusability of the card. C&A is not liable for misuse by third parties. The card cannot be blocked.
