Il presente buono ha una validità di 4 mesi e non può essere utilizzato direttamente in cassa, deve essere convertito in una Prepagata Conad di pari valore. Una volta convertito il buono in una Prepagata Conad, essa avrà una validità di 12 mesi. La Prepagata Conad è a scalare, quindi può essere utilizzata per più acquisti fino al completo esaurimento del valore facciale. Il valore residuo non è convertibile in denaro. Non è ricaricabile; alla scadenza la carta non è più utilizzabile; l’importo residuo non è rimborsabile o convertibile in altre carte prepagate. Nota per il Punto di Vendita CONAD: Per convertire il buono in una Prepagata Conad, il punto di vendita deve accedere al portale web CONAD CARD e abbinare il presente codice al La Prepagata Conad del valore scritto sul presente buono, attraverso la funzione Conversione Buono di Cambio presente nella sezione La Prepagata – Attivazioni.

The PREPAGATA CONAD is not registered, it is a “bearer” card, in case of theft, damage or loss it cannot be blocked, replaced or refunded.

Note to the CONAD Point of Sale: To convert the voucher to a Conad Prepaid, the point of sale must access the CONAD CARD web portal and match this code to the La Prepagata Conad of the value written on this voucher, through the Conversion Voucher Conversion function found in the La Prepagata - Activations section.
