The eGift Card is valid for new Shahid VIP subscribers only. The eGift Card is valid for single use only. The eGift Card is valid for 1 year from date of issuing. The eGift Card cannot be exchanged for cash, reimbursed or resold. The use of Shahid service is subject to all terms and conditions available on https://shahid.mbc.net/en/terms-and-conditions. These terms and conditions must be accepted to be able to activate your voucher and benefit from the service. If you face any problems while redeeming your voucher, contact Shahid at Customersupport@shahid.net Activating a Sports subscription using a Sports package code will terminate any existing subscription on the account. Note: To retain the current subscription, the Sports package voucher must be activated on a different username. eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
