Sve Darovne kartice s oznakom GiftOnCard (e-kartice) izdaju Zmart Solution ltd i Giftoncard partneri. Darovne kartice izdaju se s rokom valjanosti od 6 (šest) mjeseci. Valjanost Darovne kartice automatski istječe 6 mjeseci nakon aktivacije, a datum je naveden na fiskalnom računu koji ste dobili prilikom kupnje Darovne kartice. Darovna kartica ne može se ponovno izdati nakon isteka roka valjanosti. Darovnom karticom moguće je kupovati robu i usluge na za to predviđenim mjestima, u mreži mjesta koja prihvaćaju GiftOnCard - sudionika GiftOnCard programa, na lokacijama i web trgovinama s oznakom „GIFTONCARD“. Sve transakcije bit će obrađene u glavnoj službenoj lokalnoj valuti na lokaciji određenog tržišta. Darovne kartice mogu se iskoristiti sve odjednom ili se mogu upotrijebiti više puta dok stanje na Darovnoj kartici ne dosegne nulu. All GiftOnCard labeled Gift cards, ( e-card) are issued by Zmart Solution ltd and Giftoncard Partners. Gift Cards shall be issued with a validity period of 6 (six) months. The validity of a Gift Card shall automatically expire 6 months after activation, the date being indicated on the fiscal receipt received at purchase of the Gift Card. A Gift Card cannot be reissued after its validity period expires. The Gift Card can be used to purchase goods and services at the designated locations, within the network of GiftOnCard acceptors - participants in the GiftOnCard program, at locations and web shops carrying the “GIFTONCARD” sign. All transactions will be processed in official major local currency at the designated market location. Gift Cards can be redeemed all at once, or can repeatedly be used until the Gift Card balance reaches zero. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost or damaged. Detailed Terms of use can be found at https://giftoncard.eu/general-terms-and-conditions. By accessing, attempting to use or using GiftOnCard Gift Card services, customer is agreeing to be bound by Terms of Use with immediate effect. Terms of Use are subject to change by Zmart solution ltd. at any time. Continued use of the Gift Card services following any such change constitutes agreement to Terms of Use and accompanied documents as so modified. Terms of Use and any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia. Any customer claims, disputes in connection with these Terms of Use, shall be referred to GiftOnCard customer service at https://giftoncard.eu/customer-claims.
