- This is an Apollo Pharmacy GV (Gift Voucher)/GC (Gift Card) that can be redeemed at both online and offline Apollo Pharmacy stores.

- Offline: Select Apollo Pharmacy outlets (Apollo-affiliated stores)
- Online: Apollo 24|7 platform via the mobile app or website
- The GV/GC cannot be combined with other offers, promotional codes, and corporate credits.
- The person with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
- This is a one-time use only GV/GC.
- Partial redemption on this GV/GC is not allowed. If the bill is lower than the voucher amount, the balance will be forfeited. If the order value is less than the GV/GC value, the balance will be forfeited. For example, if the GV/GC is of Rs 1000 denomination and in the transaction only Rs. 800 were spent, you will not be able to use the remaining Rs 200.
- This GV/GC is not eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD), cashback, or Apollo Health Credits.
- This GV/GC does not apply to lab tests, consultations, or insurance plans.

- If GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
- Any dispute should be referred to the company from which the GV/GC has been received, and the company's decision shall be final.
