Podczas jednej transakcji w sklepie stacjonarnym Decathlon, Klient może zrealizować maksymalnie 10 Kart Podarunkowych, a podczas jednej transakcji w decathlon.pl - maksymalnie 10 Kart Podarunkowych.

• Karta jest akceptowana we wszystkich sklepach stacjonarnych, w których Decathlon prowadzi działalność w Polsce. Karta jest również akceptowana do zakupów online na stronie www.decathlon.pl.
• Jeżeli zakup dokonany przez klienta nie wyczerpuje całej kwoty na karcie podarunkowej, pozostałe środki na karcie podarunkowej będą do dyspozycji klienta na kolejne zakupy, aż do wyczerpania kwoty na karcie podarunkowej lub do momentu utraty terminu ważności.
• Karty podarunkowej nie można wymienić na gotówkę.
• Wydanie duplikatu karty nie jest możliwe, jeśli zostanie zgubiona, skradziona lub wygasa. Klient może sprawdzić datę ważności Karty Podarunkowej na stronie https://www.decathlon.pl/services/giftcard/balance. Po wygaśnięciu Karty Podarunkowej nie można jej zrealizować i nie można wypłacić środków pozostałych na Karcie Podarunkowej.
• Klient może zapłacić Kartą Podarunkową całą cenę zakupionego towaru lub jego części, a resztę zapłacić gotówką lub kartą płatniczą. W przypadku transakcji w sklepie internetowym decathlon.pl klient może zapłacić pozostałą część kwoty kartą kredytową, kartą debetową lub przelewem internetowym.
• W przypadku pozytywnego rozpatrzenia ewentualnego zwrotu lub reklamacji towarów zakupionych przez Klienta za pomocą Karty Podarunkowej, Decathlon zwróci Klientowi kwotę zapłaconą w sklepie stacjonarnym, wydając Klientowi nową Kartę Podarunkową z wartość równa cenie zwracanego towaru. Dodatkowe płatności za transakcje gotówką lub kartą zostaną zwrócone w taki sam sposób, zgodnie ze źródłem płatności.

During one transaction in a stationary Decathlon store, the Customer can redeem a maximum of 10 Gift Cards, and during one transaction in decathlon.pl - a maximum of 10 Gift Cards.

• The card is accepted in all stationary stores where Decathlon operates in Poland. The card is also accepted for online purchases at www.decathlon.pl.
• If the purchase made by the customer does not exhaust the entire amount on the gift card, the remaining funds on the gift card will be available to the customer for subsequent purchases, until the amount on the gift card is exhausted or until the expiry date.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
• It is not possible to issue a duplicate card if it is lost, stolen or expires. The customer can check the expiry date of the Gift Card on the website https://www.decathlon.pl/services/giftcard/balance. After the Gift Card expires, it cannot be used and the funds remaining on the Gift Card cannot be withdrawn.
• The Customer can pay the entire price of the purchased goods or part of them with the Gift Card and pay the rest in cash or by payment card. In the case of transactions in the online store decathlon.pl, the customer can pay the remaining amount by credit card, debit card or online transfer.
• In the event of a positive decision regarding a return or complaint regarding goods purchased by the Customer using the Gift Card, Decathlon will refund the Customer the amount paid in the stationary store by issuing the Customer a new Gift Card with a value equal to the price of the returned goods. Additional payments for transactions in cash or card will be refunded in the same way, according to the source of payment.
