Vilkår for elektroniske Coolshop gavekort (herefter benævnt som "gavekort") udstedt af Coolshop.

Salg og levering: Når du har valgt og gennemført betalingen for et gavekort, fremsendes gavekortet pr. e-mail, til den af dig oplyste e-mail adresse. Husk at kontrollere at indholdet af e-mailen stemmer overens, med din bestillingsanmodning.
Anvendelse af kortet: Du kan benytte gavekortet som betaling på Coolshop.dk
Gyldighedsperiode: Gavekortet er gyldigt tre år fra udstedelsesdatoen medmindre andet fremgår af selve gavekortet. Du kan indløse gavekortet til kontanter, indtil et år efter kortet er udløbet.
Bortkomst og misbrug af kortet: Gavekortet kan benyttes til betaling af ihændehaveren uden identifikation, og der er ikke knyttet en kode eller andre lignende sikkerhedsforanstaltninger til kortet. Gavekortet skal derfor betragtes som kontanter. Det betyder, at bortkomst og misbrug af gavekortet er dit ansvar og din risiko. Du skal således selv bære eventuelle tab i den forbindelse. Bortkomne gavekort eller misbrug af gavekort erstattes ikke af Coolshop. Gavekortet kan ikke spærres, hvis det bortkommer.
Beløbsgrænse: Den maksimale værdi et gavekort udstedes på er 3.000 DKK.
Saldo: Du kan kontrollere saldoen på dit gavekort på https://www.coolshop.dk/giftcard/ ved at indtaste den gavekode, som står på gavekortet.
Kontantindløsning: Du kan kun indløse kortet til kontanter, ved at sende en kopi af gavekortet til info(a)coolshop.dk, hvorefter vi vil kontrollere restværdien af gavekortet og udbetale denne.

Terms for electronic Coolshop gift cards (hereinafter referred to as "gift cards") issued by Coolshop.

Sale and delivery: When you have chosen and completed the payment for a gift card, the gift card will be sent per e-mail, to the e-mail address provided by you. Remember to check that the content of the email matches your order request.
Use of the card: You can use the gift card as payment at Coolshop.dk
Validity period: The gift card is valid for three years from the date of issue unless otherwise stated on the gift card itself. You can redeem the gift card for cash up to one year after the card has expired.
Loss and misuse of the card: The gift card can be used for payment by the holder without identification, and no code or other similar security measures are attached to the card. The gift card must therefore be regarded as cash. This means that loss and misuse of the gift card is your responsibility and your risk. You must therefore bear any losses in this connection yourself. Lost gift cards or misuse of gift cards are not replaced by Coolshop. The gift card cannot be blocked if it is lost.
Amount limit: The maximum value a gift card can be issued for is DKK 3,000.
Balance: You can check the balance on your gift card at https://www.coolshop.dk/giftcard/ by entering the gift code on the gift card.
Cash redemption: You can only redeem the card for cash by sending a copy of the gift card to info(a)coolshop.dk, after which we will check the residual value of the gift card and pay it out.
