- E-vouchers can be used as cash to buy merchandise at any Lotus's store in Malaysia.
- The e-voucher is non-exchangeable nor refundable (i.e., not returnable for cash or a new e-voucher).
- E-vouchers are stackable, limited to a maximum of RM500 redemption in a single receipt.
- The minimum spend must be at least the same amount as the e-voucher denomination.
- No change will be given if the purchase value is less than the value of Lotus’s Cash Voucher denomination.
- An e-voucher can be used together with cash (legal tender), a credit card, or a debit card.
- The e-voucher is valid for one redemption only.
- The e-voucher is not valid at the food court or any outlets not operated by Lotus’s.
- Lotus’s Malaysia will not entertain any claims for defaced, damaged, or lost vouchers.
Lotus’s Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
