Melaregalo is the TIGROS' prepaid card that can be used to make purchases in all TIGROS shops.

The Melaregalo is valid for 12 months from the date of activation/purchase and is a bearer entitlement. It is not rechargeable. At the end of its period of validity, it cannot be used or its value refunded. The Melaregalo is anonymous and can therefore be used by anyone. In the event of loss, theft, misuse or damage, its value cannot be refunded or replaced.

Melaregalo cannot be used to purchase gift cards. It cannot be used to pay for purchases made with Tigros @Casa and Tigros Drive services.
