Na jednu objednávku je možné využít více dárkových poukazů (lze je použít i v kombinaci s kódem poukazu), dokud nedosáhnete maximální částky 4500 Kč.
Maximální cena dárkových karet, které lze použít za jeden kalendářní měsíc je omezena na 5,000 EUR.
Maximální cena dárkových karet, které můžete propojit s vaším zákaznickým účtem za jeden kalendářní měsíc je omezena na 5,000 EUR.

Výměna za hotovost není možná ani v případě ztráty nebo poškození.
Pokud zrušíte objednávku, která byla zaplacena kreditem dárkové karty nebo vrátíte zboží z takové objednávky, bude hodnota objednávky nebo vráceného zboží připsána zpět na váš účet Zalando ve formě kreditu.
Kredit dárkové karty bohužel nelze použít zpětně. Dárkové poukazy nelze vyměnit, proplatit ani zrušit.
Dárkové karty Zalando nejsou elektronické peníze, ale neregulovaná uložená hodnota. To znamená, že se na ně nevztahuje zákonná ochrana elektronických peněz ani právo na výměnu za hotovost.

Multiple Gift Cards can be used for one single order until a maximum amount of 4500 CZK is reached.
The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be used per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR.
The maximum value of Gift Cards that can be connected to your customer account per calendar month is limited to 5,000 EUR.

It is not possible to exchange the Gift Card for cash in the case of loss or damage.
If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your Gift Card credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit.
It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your Gift Card credit retrospectively. The purchase of the Gift Card itself cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The Zalando Gift Cards are not e-money but an unregulated value credit. This means that neither the statutory protection for e-money applies and there is no right to redeem for cash.
