E-Gift Cards cannot be used at self-serve kiosks. To redeem an e-Gift Card at a theatre, you must print it and present it at the theatre or show it on your mobile device. E-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or other gift cards, including e-Gift Cards. Treat this e-Gift Card as cash. Lost or stolen e-Gift Cards or balances used without permission will not be replaced. Cineplex may replace non-functioning e-Gift Cards at its sole discretion.
