Purchase or use of gift cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms: gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop® locations in the United States or online at buildabear.com. Cards are not valid at select locations including but not limited to Great Wolf Lodge. To use, present gift card at the time of purchase. Purchase amount, plus applicable taxes, will be deducted from available balance until the value reaches zero. Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or replaced if lost or stolen, except as otherwise required by law. Gift cards do not expire, nor does Build-A-Bear Workshop® charge fees in connection with gift cards. Not for resale. If you resell a gift card without authorization from us, we reserve the right to: (i) void or cancel the card; (ii) consider all transactions following the resale unauthorized; and (iii) retain all funds associated with the card.
Any possession or removal of a gift card outside the retail location where such card is offered prior to sale and proper activation (without authorization from us) constitutes possession of an unauthorized access device which violates applicable law, is against these terms and conditions, and may result in us (i) voiding or cancelling the gift card, (ii) invalidating all transactions, and (iii) retaining all funds associated with the card.
Avoid gift card scams: Do not buy or sell gift card if any part of the card, its packaging or security features look to be removed, ripped, damaged, covered over or otherwise tampered with.
Terms of Acceptance: Gift Cards belong to bearer and not to Build-A-Bear Card Services, LLC.
