هذه البطاقة صالحة للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط بكامل المبلغ، وليست مؤهلة للاستخدام الجزئي. بمعنى آخر، يجب استخدام كامل المبلغ في معاملة واحدة، ولن يكون هناك استرداد نقدي أو إرجاع للفرق في حال عدم استخدام كامل المبلغ.
لا يجوز استبدال بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift أو استرداد قيمتها أو إرجاعها أو إعادة شحنها أو استبدالها بأكثر من قيمتها الاسمية أو استبدالها نقدًا أو إرجاعها نقدًا أو تحويلها إلى حساب آخر.
يعتبر مالك بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift مسؤولاً وحده عن حماية البطاقة ورقم التعريف الشخصي (PIN) من أي استخدام غير مصرح به.
تسري بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift حتى تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المذكور على البطاقة.
في حالة إتمام العميل بالشراء عبر الإنترنت ثم تقديم طلب إلغاء عبر الإنترنت، فإن هذا يتطلب إرجاع الفاتورة كاملة وليس جزء منها وفقًا لسياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال الخاصة بشركة إكسترا، وسيحصل العميل على بطاقة الهدية الخاصة به بعد الإلغاء.
عند إلغاء طلب عبر الإنترنت من خلال خدمة العملاء، يجب على العميل زيارة أقرب متجر للحصول على بطاقة هدايا إكسترا بنفس قيمة بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift الملغاة.
لا يُمكن إرجاع بطاقة الهدية الإلكترونية eGift إلى أيٍّ من متاجر إكسترا في حال رغبة العميل في إرجاع المنتجات المشتراة. سيتم إرجاع قيمة البطاقة على شكل قسيمة شرائية تُستخدم في متاجر إكسترا فقط، وذلك وفقًا لسياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال.
يحق لشركة إكسترا رفض بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift الخاصة بها إذا تم استخدام الرمز بالفعل.
لا تتحمل شركة إكسترا وYou GotaGift أي مسؤولية في حالة فقدان أي بطاقة هدايا إلكترونية eGift أو سرقتها أو تدميرها، أو في حالة استخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift الخاصة بالعميل دون إذنه.
لا يُسمح باستخدام Apple Pay كطريقة دفع مقسمة على موقعنا الإلكتروني.
بإمكانك استخدام بطاقة الائتمان/الخصم المرتبطة بحساب Apple Pay لإكمال الطلب.
لا يمكن إلغاء بطاقات الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift أو استبدالها أو تمديدها أو استرداد قيمتها بمجرد إصدارها، وتخضع لشروط وأحكام التاجر.
يمكن استرداد أموال العناصر المشتراة باستخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift هذه وفقًا لسياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال الخاصة بالتاجر. يتحمل التاجر وحده المسؤولية عن المنتج والخدمة المقدمة للعملاء من خلال استخدام بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية eGift هذه.

This card is only valid for one time use for the full amount and is not eligible for partial use. In other words, the full amount must be used in one transaction, and there will be no cashback or return for the difference if the full amount is not used.
The eGift card may not be replaced, refunded, returned, reloaded, redeemed for more than face value, redeemed for cash, returned for cash, or transferred to another account.
The owner of the eGift card is solely responsible for protecting the card and the PIN from any unauthorized use.
The eGift card is valid until the expiry date mentioned on the card.
In case if the customer has purchased online and then has submitted an online cancellation request, this requires the return of the entire invoice and not part of it in accordance with the return and exchange policy of eXtra, and the customer will get his gift card back after the cancellation.
When canceling an online order via customer service, the customer must visit the nearest store to receive an eXtra gift card for the same value as the canceled eGift cards.
The eGift card cannot be returned at any of the eXtra Stores if the customer wants to return the purchased products. The value paid by the card shall be returned on a voucher to be used at eXtra Stores only in accordance with the return and exchange policy.
eXtra has the right to refuse the eXtra eGift card if the code has already been used.
eXtra and You GotaGift are not responsible if any eGift card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if the customer’s eGift card is used without his/her permission.
The use of Apple Pay as a split payment method is not permitted on our website.
You can utilize the credit/debit card associated with the Apple Pay account to complete the order.
eGift Cards once issued cannot be canceled, exchanged, extended or refunded and are subject to the terms & conditions of the merchant.
Items purchased using this eGift Card are refundable as per the refund and exchange policy of the merchant. The merchant is solely responsible for the product & service provided to customers through the use of this eGift Card.
