Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions: This Gift Card is redeemable for food and beverages sold at any Rubio’s restaurant location in the U.S. (excluding casinos). Where prohibited by law, this Gift Card may not be used to pay for alcoholic beverages. This Gift Card has no expiration date. Maintenance, dormancy or service fees do not apply. Lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards may be replaced with the Gift Card purchase receipt and Gift Card number, and only for the Gift Card’s remaining value. Except as required by law, Gift Cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash. It is Rubio’s intent to comply with the applicable law of each state in which Rubio’s operates a restaurant.
