1. بطاقة هدايا شكرًا الإلكترونية صالحة لمدة 365 يومًا من تاريخ الإصدار.
2. يمكن استبدال بطاقة هدايا شكرًا الإلكترونية من متاجر مجموعة الراشد الفعلية وعبر الإنترنت المشاركة. المتاجر الإلكترونية مثل Centrepoint وMothercare وSplash وShoemart وLifestyle وMax وHome Center وHome Box وShoexpress وCarpisa وEcco وLipsy وSteve Madden في جميع أنحاء البحرين.
3. لا يمكن استبدال بطاقة هدايا شكرًا الإلكترونية نقدًا سواء بشكل كلي أو جزئي.
4. يمكن استبدال بطاقة هدايا شكرًا الإلكترونية بقيمة جزئية. ومن ثم يمكن استخدام نفس البطاقة في رحلات تسوق متعددة عبر جميع متاجر العلامات التجارية التابعة لمجموعة الراشد في جميع أنحاء البحرين.
5. إذا تجاوزت قيمة الشراء قيمة بطاقة الهدايا، فيجب دفع قيمة الفرق من العميل الذي يسترد قيمة بطاقة الهدايا.
6. لا يُسمح باستبدال / تعويض / دفع ثمن بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية المفقودة.
7. لن يتم قبول بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية المشوهة أو التالفة.
8. لا يمكن إرجاع أو استرداد بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية الصادرة.
9. العناصر التي تم شراؤها بواسطة بطاقة الهدايا الإلكترونية قابلة للاسترداد، وفقًا لسياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال الخاصة بالمتجر.
10. تخضع بطاقة هدايا شكرًا الإلكترونية لشروط وأحكام بطاقة هدايا شكرًا سارية المفعول من وقت لآخر.

12. يُسمح باسترداد ما يصل إلى 5 بطاقات هدايا فقط بحد أقصى.
- Shukran E-Gift Card is Valid for 365 day from the date of issue.
- The Shukran E-Gift Card can be redeemed at participating Al Rashid Group physical and online stores. Online stores such as Centrepoint, Mothercare, Splash, Shoemart, Lifestyle, Max, Home Center, Home Box, Shoexpress, Carpisa, Ecco, Lipsy and Steve Madden all over Bahrain.
- Shukran E-Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash either in full or part.
- Shukran E-Gift Card can be redeemed for part value. Hence same Card can be used in multiple shopping trips across all participating Al Rashid Group Brand Stores across Bahrain.
- Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the differential value should be paid by the customer who redeems the Gift Card.
- No replacement / compensation are permissible /payable for lost E-Gift Card.
- Mutilated or defaced E-Gift Card will not be honored.
- E-Gift Card issued cannot be returned or refund.
- Items purchased by the E-Gift Card are refundable, as per the refund and exchange policy of the store.
- The Shukran E-Gift Card is governed by the Shukran Gift Card Terms and Conditions in force from time to time.
